The range of material runs across the spectrum from minimal electronics to brief, punkish blasts to catchy, guitar-based rock, the key word here being Connectors: the links between the bands despite differing styles that created something unique, and something divorced from the popular pub-rock music of the time. Features songs by Seems Twice, Scapa Flow, Thought Criminals, Systematics, Prod, Tactics, Scattered Order, pel mel, Sekret Sekret, No-V-Bleet and more. Phil dug deep into the archive: some of these tracks have never been released before; the rest come from hopelessly rare records from yesteryear, tracks specifically chosen not to overlap with other compilations which have helped document the Australian post-punk/underground scene of the day. The LP comes with a photo- and information-filled 4-page booklet with extensive liner notes by Sean O'Brien.
