The lost 2nd album from Charlottesville's The Landlords hits a spot stylistically near Touch & Go's initial run of releases and SST records 1981 output (Damaged, Paganicons etc). There's glimpses of their debut LPs juvenile skate-punk sound but mostly it's heading towards the "anti-hardcore" of Spike In Vain and No Trend.
