Strapping Fieldhands - In The Pineys CD

Originally appearing in 1994 as a 10" vinyl ep, this was our 1st cd release under the aegis of Matador & buddy, it sank like a stone. But now 30 years later, there might be a little love extended to this great release, banished to existence in the undesirable format of compact disc.
Recorded in Tommy Jay's barn w/Mike Rep in Harrisburg Ohio, this also features cameos by not only Tommy & Mike, but also Jim Shepard, Jerry Wick & Chris Brown. Six classic tracks, including a rousing cover of Melanie's 'Candles In The Rain' & the beguiling 'Kiwi's Go Home. Arguably the bands finest release, at least my favorite. - Tom Lax
