Kurt Vile - (watch my moves) 2LP (Emerald vinyl)

In all the craziness of the last couple of weeks, the new LP from Richie’s Records recording artist Kurt Vile seems to have slipped under the radar a bit. It’s the kind of total sprawler that we’ve come to expect from him, but turned inward. He seems to trade in the jamz here for more hazy synths than the past couple of albums, a call-back to a track on Smoke Ring, and a more homely touch.
