Internal Rot continue their perfect-for-the-grind-dabbler discography, averaging about 7 minutes of completely satisfying, invigorating, despicably raw but also rockin’ grindcore every half-decade. Lyrical contributions from the enigmatic Maquarie Fletcher add another layer to this deliciously bitter onion.

Rhode Island's Moisturizer are a perfect pairing, offering a different thrash-y punkified flavour of grind. There’s something about their eccentric, snare first mix that really puts a smile on my dial. - Nic
