Hüsker Dü – Flip Your Wig LP

I was going to say.... "While Flip Your Wig is a solid record, maybe the most solid full length in a catalogue that has many of what you could consider flaws, I've never heard anyone call it their favourite Husker Du record." ... then a regular customer came in as I was looking it up and called it their favourite.

Anyway in contradiction to my previous statement and my general feeling that the flaws are humanising pieces of the Husker Du puzzle, I cannot defend 'The Baby Song'. Luckily we have all time Husker high point of 'Games'. Probably my favourite band ever, I'll take them warts n' all over perfect and cool. - Nic
