Glen Rey. - of that which we cannot speak... LP

Glen Rey. is the solo moniker of Mitchell J.G. Reynolds. While Mitchell's previous project, Bluetung, was based around analogue synths and expansive layered productions, this new record finds him leaning into more homespun and reflective moods.

'of that which we cannot speak...' was recorded at home on a tascam 4-track in early 2024. Built almost entirely around acoustic guitar arrangements, the record veers in unexpected inwards directions, touching on gently fractured avant-folk, meditative kosmiche, and atmospheric tape music.

The album also features contributions from members of Troth and Warm Currency, and beautiful design and layout by Chloe Larkin.

'of that which we cannot speak...' by Glen Rey. will be released as a limited vinyl edition of 150 copies, with hand-assembled risographed covers and bookmark inserts.
