Exotic Sin - Customer's Copy LP

I feel bad mentioning an artist’s famous family when writing about their work, but it’s definitely worth mentioning that one half of Exotic Sin is Naima Karlsson—daughter of Neneh Cherry and granddaughter of Don and Moki.

I mention that only because their debut album toes a line between a warped free jazz, cracked hip hop samples, and minimal electronics in a sci-fi noir vein. An album that nods to the past but draws these forward into something contemporary but still somehow familiar!
