Monocot - Leave To Cool LP

The second improv collaboration between Rosali Middleman (Rosali, Edsel Axel, Long Hots) and Jayson Gerycz (Gerycz/Powers/Rolin, Cloud Nothings) sees the duo in blistering form.

Parts echo the contemplative looped guitar compositions of Middleman’s Edsel Axle LP with Gercycz playing auxiliary percussion, but where the pair really take off into full flight is in wailing free rock mode. Lyrical guitar lines that threaten to spin out into caterwauling feedback meet across the kit with the brushes clatter over low level clouds of feedback drone.
