Marcus's slice-of-life songwriting is on-point as usual with its unique observations about the everyday, but there's an added tenderness in both content and his vocal delivery.

The accompanying music is a style of minimal D-I-Y synth pop that I find immediately satisfying and comparable to Tony Mac, The Native Cats, Scraps and Tralala Blip. Very easy to like! - Nic
