I had just moved to Warrawong but was coming back to Sydney for work during the week and staying at my parents. I loved the idea of recording in my childhood bedroom - together with the humiliation of making a power pop record as a 30 year old in my parents house in Bankstown, seemed perfect\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"bcTruncateMore\"\u003e. With tragic stars aligned I set up shop and got to recording, a song at a time, doing takes after work and figuring out how to record everything ad hoc with few a mics and a true aim.
