On their sophomore album, Bad Religion moved from Hardcore Punk to some New Wave/Prog hybrid. The fans hated it and the band tried to bury it as a 'creative misstep'. Long out of print and fetching big bucks, it's available again thanks to some industrious European fans of this marginalised album.
Punks that can hang with 80s Blue Oyster Cult, Journey, Van Halen, and Rush take a listen. It's highly amusing with a few lighter in the air moments.
