After 18 months of writing in jam rooms and playing shows with bands such as Turnover, Endless Heights, and Deafcult, Brisbane’s Bloom Parade are set to release their debut EP "Sunblushed". Recorded and mixed by the band’s guitarist, Andy Francis, and mastered by Elliott Gallart at Chameleon Sound (Death Bells, Wreath), "Sunblushed" is a dreamy and melodic journey through the band’s pop, dreamwave and alternative influences.
Finding life in the ruminations of singer and guitarist Mitchell Manz, "Sunblushed" soon grew to become a recorded history of the lives and experiences of Bloom Parade’s members. With influences ranging from the likes of Toy Boats, The Cure, and Pedro The Lion, "Sunblushed" is an exploration in sweeping and melodic guitars and synths, upbeat and focused drums and bass, and dreamy vocals.
